Shanghai export documentation checklist refreshed

PGT has refreshed its export documentation checklist for food ingredients, supplement raw materials, and related categories shipped from Shanghai. The update consolidates origin certificates, declaration elements, and labelling notes commonly requested by EU and North American buyers.

For each shipment, documentation can be prepared to match product category and destination rules— including batch traceability references, ingredient statements, and supporting lab summaries where applicable. Importers are encouraged to share destination-specific requirements early so files can be aligned before cargo readiness.
